Shipping Costs

  • We may offer free shipping on orders over a specified amount (if applicable, details will be provided on our website or promotions).

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship only within the United States.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your package using the carrier’s website.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • DJ JORDAN STORE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will assist you in filing a claim or sending a replacement if applicable.

Address & Shipping Issues

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
