You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
After this period, we can’t accept returns.

We’ll send you the instructions and return address.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and policy reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Hats or clothing that have been worn, washed, or are missing tags.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
In these cases, we will cover all shipping costs and offer you a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
🔁 Size Exchanges
We understand that finding the perfect fit isn’t always easy.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, we’ll gladly help.
You’ll just need to cover the shipping cost for the exchange.
The original item must meet all return conditions (unused, with tags, and in original packaging).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved:
