🛍️ Return Policy (14 Days)

We want you to feel confident shopping with us.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
After this period, we can’t accept returns.

✅ Conditions for a Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

  • We do not accept returns of items that are worn, stained, have odors, or show signs of use.

  • A proof of purchase or order number is required.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.

We’ll send you the instructions and return address.
(Please don’t send returns without prior authorization.)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and policy reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Hats or clothing that have been worn, washed, or are missing tags.

  • Custom or discounted items.

  • Accessories that come into direct contact with skin or hair.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
In these cases, we will cover all shipping costs and offer you a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

🔁 Size Exchanges

We understand that finding the perfect fit isn’t always easy.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, we’ll gladly help.
You’ll just need to cover the shipping cost for the exchange.
The original item must meet all return conditions (unused, with tags, and in original packaging).

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the item doesn’t meet our return conditions, it will be sent back to you without a refund.
